What materials are TEWRAECO™ bottles made from?
Every TEWRAECO™ bottle is built around food-grade stainless steel — 304 or 316 depending on the collection — chosen for its purity, corrosion resistance, and ability to hold temperature over long hours. Exterior shells vary by series: aviation aluminum alloy for our Titan Pro and Thermo X lines, and premium metallic coatings for the Pure and Luna collections.
Lids are made from food-grade PP and food-grade silicone, with BPA-free construction across the entire range. Each batch is tested for material safety before it reaches your hands.
How do the smart temperature display lids work?
Our smart lids use a small electronic sensor integrated into the underside of the cap. When you tap the top of the lid, an LED display shows the current temperature of the liquid inside — typically within 1–2°C of the true reading.
The Pure and Smart Kid series use a touch-activated LED. The Thermo X series uses a rechargeable electronic display with a battery reminder, powered by a dedicated wireless charging base included with the bottle.
How long will my bottle keep drinks hot or cold?
With proper use, our double-wall vacuum insulated bottles generally maintain:
· Hot drinks — 10 to 12 hours above 55°C
· Cold drinks — 18 to 24 hours below 10°C
· Iced drinks — up to 36 hours with ice retained
Performance depends on fill level (fuller is better), ambient temperature, and how often the lid is opened. For best results, pre-warm or pre-chill the bottle with hot or cold water for two minutes before filling.
How do I clean my TEWRAECO™ bottle?
Hand washing is recommended for all bottles and lids. Use warm water with a mild dish soap and a soft bottle brush. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry upside down with the lid removed.
For smart lids, never submerge the display area. Wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth instead. Do not place smart lids in the dishwasher.
Avoid abrasive sponges, bleach, or harsh chemicals — they can damage the metallic coating and the lid's seal.
Can I put my bottle in the dishwasher or microwave?
No. TEWRAECO™ bottles are not dishwasher-safe and never microwave-safe. The vacuum insulation and premium exterior coatings can be damaged by high heat and harsh detergents, and smart lids contain electronics that must stay dry.
Hand washing takes only a minute and protects the finish, the seal, and — for smart models — the display for years.
Which bottle is right for me?
It depends on how and where you'll use it:
· Pure Series — a soft, elegant daily companion for office and commute. 500ml, smart LED lid, pearl white or champagne gold.
· Titan Pro Series — a business flagship in aviation aluminum. 600ml, twist thread lid, deep black or graphite gray.
· Rugged 316 Series — heavy-duty outdoor companion. 750ml, sport flip lid, anti-slip texture.
· Mini Ring Series — a light, portable option for handbags. 350ml, top metallic ring handle.
· Blade Series — futuristic hexagonal faceted body for those who love industrial design. 550ml.
· Kids Series — smaller sizes, playful colors, and child-safe bases, in the Rainbow, Rocket, Smart Kid, and Buddy collections.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually arrives in 5–12 business days depending on destination and carrier. Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow it every step of the way.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. To begin a return, contact us at service@tewraeco.com with your order number.
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please email service@tewraeco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos of the damage and packaging.
Our team will arrange a replacement or a full refund right away — no need to ship anything back in most cases.
Are your bottles and packaging sustainable?
Yes — and this is something we take seriously. Stainless steel is one of the most recyclable materials on earth, and every TEWRAECO™ bottle is built to be refilled for years, replacing hundreds of single-use containers.
Our packaging uses FSC-certified paper and plastic-free inserts wherever possible. We continue to reduce plastic in our supply chain every season, and we work only with partners who meet our environmental standards.
Do you offer wholesale or corporate gifting?
We do. TEWRAECO™ works with retailers, design studios, hotels, and companies looking for thoughtful, well-crafted drinkware. Custom colorways, engraving, and co-branded packaging are available for qualified orders.

Are the bottles safe for children?
Yes. All TEWRAECO™ materials are food-grade and BPA-free, and our Kids Series bottles are designed with rounded edges, soft silicone bases, and child-proportioned shapes for small hands.
For children under six, we recommend adult supervision at all times, especially with bottles that include a temperature display or removable parts. Always check the drink temperature before handing the bottle to a child.
